Connect Mac to projector via HDMI. Open the Projector tab fullscreen (View → Enter Full Screen). Confirm it looks right.
Arrive 45 min early

Print the QR code
Go to the QR tab, paste the live guest URL, hit Print Table Card. Print a few copies for tables.
